Financial advisor assessment tools – If you use any of the assessment tools we offer, we present you with assessment statements and demographic questions and ask for your responses. We do not share your responses, or any assessment report generated for you, with others. If you are accessing any of our assessment tools through a third party, including but not limited to an employer or financial institution with which you are otherwise affiliated, that employer or financial institution may have access to any data you enter on the Ultimate Practice site.
User-initiated inquiries – If you provide us with information in any contact you initiate with us, such as through our online contact form, by phone or by email, we will use that information only to respond to your inquiry and to provide better customer service.
Surveys – If you complete a survey via our web site, we may share only the aggregated results and other information contained therein with our third party partners.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
